Creator commerce platform LTK has launched LTK AI, a conversational chatbot integrated directly into its consumer app that surfaces product recommendations drawn from verified creator content.
LTK AI responds to contextual queries, such as what to pack for a trip or what gear runners are currently using, by pulling real posts, outfits, routines, recipes, and reviews from hundreds of thousands of verified creators on the platform. According to the announcement, the tool draws on more than a decade of creator content to deliver personalized recommendations within the existing LTK app environment, which counts more than 44 million monthly users.
The launch was positioned around consumer trust in creators, with LTK citing internal data showing trust in creators is up 21% year-over-year. The company also noted that 86% of Gen Z rely on creator recommendations to drive purchase decisions.
“Today, discovering products through creators is no longer a trend. It’s the norm,” the company stated in its announcement.
LTK reports powering $6 billion in annual retail sales, supporting 60,000 creator-brand collaborations per year, and working with 8,000 retailers actively investing in creator partnerships.
LTK AI is now available to users who download or update the LTK app on the App Store.
