“We have tried to accompany organizations from initial consultation to data collection and engineering, creating databases, developing artificial intelligence models, and finally producing application software. Along this path, some of these products are ready for commercialization, and some have been sold,” said Zohreh Jabbari, a technologist of the company.
Noting that indigenization and fine-tuning of large language models (LLM) is another achievement of the company, she said, “While many people use chatbots and various tools, organizations are unable to benefit from these services due to concerns about the leakage of confidential information.”
“Therefore, we have implemented this infrastructure within organizations to enable secure use of AI assistants without an internet connection and without data leakage,” Jabbari said.
In a relevant development in April, a knowledge-based company in Iran had also developed the CommAI smart chatbot to provide automated and intelligent support services to engineers, researchers, and telecommunications companies.
The chatbot uses artificial intelligence and advanced technologies to provide professional answers to questions and issues in the telecommunications field.
Ali Akbar Tadayyon, the managing director of the knowledge-based company, said that the chatbot uses advanced large language models (LLM) to provide specialized and efficient support services to a wide range of users, from students and engineers to researchers and telecommunications customers.
“This technology, focusing on providing fast and accurate answers and relying on information in line with 3GPP standards, can become a valuable tool for researchers, engineers, and all professionals active in the telecommunications field,” he added.
“This smart chatbot, with the capability to understand and process technical and specialized questions, will serve as a reliable and automated source of answers in the telecommunications industry,” Tadayyon said.
