Gemini Live starts rolling out the Google Keep integration – 9to5Google

Besides adding captions today, Google is beginning to roll out the ability for Gemini Live to use Calendar, Keep, Tasks, and Maps during conversations.
This capability was previewed at I/O 2025 in May. Gemini Live will be able to create Calendar events, Tasks reminders, and add notes to Keep. Besides voice, this works with camera input, like if you see a poster with a date or have a paper shopping list.
Meanwhile, the Google Maps app/extension will give you the latest details about a location. These integrations transform Gemini Live from a general conversationalist to something that can be used to take action. The company teased how “more Google ecosystem connections [are] planned.”
When invoked, a Google Calendar, Tasks, etc. chip with the app icon and name will appear at the bottom of your screen. Gemini also provides visual feedback like “Note created,” with the ability to undo.
There are some reports about this going live on Android today, but it’s not yet live on accounts and devices we checked today. In May, Google said to expect this in the “coming weeks.” Gemini Live rollouts usually take some time to complete.
To check if this is available for you, you can ask Gemini Live something like “can you add things to my Google Keep shopping list.”
