What experts mean by ‘AI psychosis’

As conversational AI becomes more integrated into daily life, researchers and policymakers are examining its potential mental health implications.
Some experts argue that technology companies should introduce stronger safeguards within chatbot systems. Proposed measures include identifying signs of emotional distress during conversations, reminding users that they are interacting with software rather than a human, and directing individuals toward professional help when needed.
