Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has launched its newly revamped website.
Dr. Bijay Kumar Mohanty, Chairman & Managing Director of IREDA, formally launched the platform at the Business Centre in New Delhi.
The updated website features a modern user interface, improved navigation and easier access to information and services for customers, investors and other stakeholders.
A key addition is an AI-powered chatbot that helps users get details on IREDA’s products, schemes and services quickly.
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Mohanty said the new platform reflects the organisation’s commitment to transparency, innovation and stakeholder-centric service. He noted that the improved usability and AI-enabled assistance aim to deliver a more seamless and efficient digital experience for all stakeholders.
The move is part of IREDA’s ongoing efforts to strengthen digital services in the renewable energy financing space.
