HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Hawaii State Judiciary unveiled Thursday a high-tech resource to help the public navigate the court system.
“KolokoloChat” is an AI-powered chatbot that provides users with a new way to find court information and resources on the Judiciary’s website.
Kolokolo is the Hawaiian word for investigate and seek evidence.
Officials say the chatbot has been rigorously trained on a vast database of court rules, procedures, and frequently asked questions. It can provide instant answers, and access to online forms and resources.
It is designed to understand natural language, allowing users to interact in a conversational manner.
